Orders & Making
Yes. Each Weekender is made singly at the bench once you order, which is why it takes a little time. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your bag is cut and stitched for you.
Allow two to three weeks for making, plus delivery. Should anything delay your bag, we write to you personally.
We can blind-emboss up to three initials at no charge. Add them in the notes at checkout. Please note monogrammed bags are final sale.
Espresso, Oxblood, Hunter, and Tan — each a full-grain, vegetable-tanned hide that will deepen with use.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is complimentary, worldwide, on every order. There are no hidden carriage charges.
Worldwide. Duties and import taxes for destinations outside our home country are the responsibility of the recipient, where they apply.
Always. Every bag travels fully tracked and insured, and requires a signature on delivery.
Returns & Repairs
Yes — within 30 days of delivery, in unused condition, for a full refund of the bag. Monogrammed pieces are the only exception. Return carriage on faulty or incorrect items is ours.
We do. For as long as your bag is carried, we restore worn stitching, hardware, edges, and wheels. Write to repairs@leatherandhold.com and we'll arrange its return to the bench.
Wipe with a dry, soft cloth and condition twice a year with a natural leather balm. Keep it from prolonged damp and direct heat. Marks and softening are not faults — they are the leather becoming yours.
